The greater the stress, the more elastic a seam needs to be. In everyday working life, it's not just neck seams that are exposed to high tensile forces, but also side seams and sleeve cuffs. We use 29 different seam variants to suit the fabric and the load size. We sew an average of 250 metres of quality sewing thread for each item of clothing. The high stitch density makes our seams particularly tear-resistant and hard-wearing.

It holds together what belongs together, must never tear and certainly never warp. A responsible job for which we only use branded yarns. To produce these threads, yarns are refined, i.e. two or more threads are twisted together, which makes the thread more tear-resistant. Branded threads also ensure that our seams are absolutely colour-fast and never crease after frequent washing.

Although we are generally very straightforward, we have decided to always sew buttons on crosswise. This looks nicer and holds better. But that's not all: the knot at the end is also secured twice.
