13 departments, one team. Together we are HAKRO. 220 colleagues work in the HAKRO administration and in our logistics centre on the outskirts of Schrozberg. Here is an overview of the tasks of the individual departments.

PERSONNEL & SATISFACTION

Good work requires respectful and harmonious cooperation. That's why the Human Resources & Satisfaction department not only deals with contracts and training opportunities, but is also a trustworthy point of contact for all employee requests and concerns.

SUSTAINABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY & INNOVATION

Sustainability is particularly important to us in everything we do. We document our progress year after year in our sustainability report. The goals and measures formulated there are organised, planned and implemented by a separate department.

PURCHASING, QUALITY & DEVELOPMENT

The interface to our manufacturing partners. The tasks of our colleagues include scheduling, delivery date monitoring, quality assurance, project management and article master data maintenance. They also take care of the realisation of product developments and special productions.

COMMUNICATION & PUBLICITY

From versatile press work, conceptual design of print media and the planning of social media activities to the organisation of HAKRO trade fairs and online projects: Together with our advertising agency, our Communication & Awareness department makes our brand shine - and not just with brilliant colours.

SALES & PARTNERSHIPS

Our sales representatives are on tour for HAKRO in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Benelux and visit HAKRO specialist retailers. They organise on-site product training and textile workshops and support our customers in fitting out showrooms and shops.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS & SERVICE

Our customer service makes almost everything possible. Our colleagues are available by telephone every day from 08.00-17.00, take enquiries and orders, offer expert advice and create personal added value through their extensive specialist knowledge. Order processing and quality control round off this department. Special requests or questions about embroidery and print finishing? Just give us a call.

LOGISTICS & SERVICES

Nothing works without them. The colleagues in HAKRO Logistics pick and pack hundreds of thousands of parcels every year. With a trained eye, they also check incoming goods and take care of processing returns and customised services.

FINANCES & SUCCESS

Care and accuracy are important everywhere at HAKRO, but especially in this department. All incoming and outgoing payments are checked and posted here. The colleagues are also responsible for preparing the monthly and annual balance sheets.

DIGITALISATION & TECHNOLOGY

Our Digitalisation & Technology department is responsible for innovative process optimisations within our HAKRO world so that we remain optimally prepared for the future and are one step ahead of the digitalisation trend. In addition to new digitalisation strategies, the team is constantly working on simplifying various work processes in our different areas for our colleagues.

BUILDINGS, ORDER & SECURITY

Everything all right? Yes. Thanks to a team of indispensable employees who ensure cleanliness, topped-up water stations, descaled coffee machines, emptied rubbish bins, day and night security, fresh flowers, a friendly welcome and a thousand other things. Their tireless efforts keep HAKRO running.

FOUNDATION & COMMITMENT

Responsibility and commitment are part of our corporate identity. A separate department takes care of all projects initiated by HAKRO and the Harry Kroll Foundation, which supports projects for children and young people regionally and worldwide.

BODY & SOUL

Good work and good food simply belong together, like sunbathing and sun cream. Full concentration is impossible on an empty stomach, which is why we are fully committed and passionate about providing perfect catering for the HAKRO team and our guests.

IT & SOLUTIONS

We like to do things particularly thoroughly. This also applies to IT and the further development of our merchandise management system. We have even founded a subsidiary for this purpose. BeeSNES supports all areas of the company with customised solutions.

ORGANISATION AND PROGRESS

Any strategy is only as good as its implementation. And that is our job. Keeping an eye on the big picture and the important details, we track the business strategy and the resulting projects. We analyse processes, key figures and methods. We also analyse HAKRO quality and environmental management.
