Control that creates trust: our quality assurance

We have developed a seamless control system that offers maximum safety to optimise error prevention and early detection. Even before a new model goes into production, it has to pass intensive tests. During production, each individual work step is continuously monitored and checked by our production partners' quality assurance and our employees. In this way, we prevent errors from going into series production. The result is top quality.

1. MATERIAL CONTROL

The textile weight of each batch of fabric is checked before and after dyeing using a circular cutter and standardised fabric samples. Only if the weight matches the target specifications can the batch move on to the next production stage.

2. SURFACE CONTROL

On an oversized light table, each dyed roll of fabric is examined for irregularities or faults in the stitch pattern.

3. COLOUR CONTROL

The colour you have chosen as a customer can still be purchased many years later in exactly the same shade. This high degree of precision is ensured by an electronic colour check and an additional visual comparison with our colour standards.

4. PROCESS CONTROL

After the product has passed through numerous control stages, the final inspection of the finished item is carried out by hand by the quality control team at HAKRO Germany. Our quality management has undergone an extensive certification process and is certified in accordance with the international ISO 9001 standard.

5. FINAL INSPECTION

Each inspected and approved product is then sent to our logistics centre at HAKRO's headquarters in Schrozberg. Here, our quality assurance staff take samples again and check the products one last time.
