Merino Wool
We also use merino wool in selected products, a natural fibre obtained from the fleece of Merino sheep. After shearing, the wool is cleaned, prepared and processed into yarns.
Merino wool is characterised by its fine fibre structure and is valued for properties such as temperature regulation, softness and its ability to absorb moisture. These characteristics make it particularly suitable for garments worn directly against the skin.
From an environmental perspective, wool production is also associated with certain considerations. These include animal husbandry, the use of land and resources, and the subsequent processing of the fibres.
